Call Centre Agent
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Full time, 8-week rolling rota, that will include some weekend working
Salary: £4.35 - £8.21 per hour plus competitive commission structure. OTE of £19,200 pa (based on a 32-hour week average)
Big Motoring World Group is an expanding dealer group that is going from strength to strength. Due to the opening of our brand new site in Blue Bell Hill, and the re-opening of our newly refurbished site in West Malling, we are looking to expand our team, and are currently recruiting Call Centre Agents to support our busy Sales Teams.
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email and live chat. You will be expected to provide a helpful and professional service, answer enquiries and book appointments. This is a high energy role which is key to the exceptional customer service we seek to provide.
The suitable candidates will possess excellent organisational skills, will be strong communicators and will possess the skills to deliver an accurate, timely and professional service. Experience within a busy office environment would be preferred, however, full training will be given.
