Customer Success Agent

Location: Snodland, Kent
Job Type: Full-time 42.5 hours, weekends required
Salary: £20,000

Big Motoring World Group is an expanding Car Supermarket group that is going from strength to strength. This is an exciting brand new role which will suit someone with a customer service background. We are looking to recruit two enthusiastic and motivated individuals with outstanding customer service skills to join our Customer Success team.

Role and responsibilities

  • Contact customers post sale to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided and assist them with any issues they have
  • Follow up any issues with the appropriate team and provide customer with regular updates
  • Update internal systems consistently and accurately
  • Identify areas which we could improve as a business and report these to management
  • Respond to online reviews, contacting the customer to follow up where needed

 

Person specification

  • Good communicative skills (oral and written) with confidence to speak to customers over the phone
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Recognise how their behaviour and actions affect their performance with customers/colleagues. Is open to feedback and self-development opportunities to improve personal and team performance.
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Acts proactively to add value and follows up to ensure problems remain solved
  • Ability to work proactively on an individual basis as well as being a team player
  • Effective time management and flexibility in working patterns needed
  • Literate, numerate and proficient computer skills
